Fleet is a French startup that drives business growth through its Device-as-a-Service model, providing access to technology via a subscription that covers acquisition, maintenance, and fleet management.

Understanding these insights allowed us to refine the project scope, ensuring the new design addressed both user needs and business objectives, ultimately leading to increased user engagement and conversion.
